Human Resource Information System (HRIS) of the Ministry has been developed with financial support from EU Technical Cooperation Project (EUTCP). A human resource information system (HRIS) is software that provides a centralized repository of HR information system including Promotion, Transfer, Leave, Secondment, Disciplinary, Separation and training information for decision making and HR planning. The objective of the HRIS is to enhance accuracy and archival of HR information. The HRIS has also helped in generating reports for all category of workforce under the Ministry. Will help HR responsibilities easier and more automated in HR decision making. Further, it will also help reduce fragmentation and duplication of HR data.
